Palm Trees and Sandy Beaches

Welcome to Palm Trees and Sandy Beaches! This blog is dedicated to anywhere that is tropical. I recently got married back in February of this year and my wife and I visited Hawaii. So, I wanted to blog in detail about all that we did there so if you have never been to Hawaii, you'll have a really good idea of what to expect when you get there! I'll be posting articles on all the attractions, things to do, shopping, how to get around, and everything we did.

We also happen to live in South Florida, so we have a bit of paradise in our own backyard. Oddly enough, I have never visited the Bahamas or the Keys, yet I flew thousands of miles to Hawaii for my honeymoon! So, very soon I will finally visit these tropical destinations, and when I do, you'll know about it. We also have beaches here I will blog about in case you ever decide to visit South Florida. One blog coming up right after the 4th of July will be my blog on camping on Peanut Island, a small, man-made island in our Intracoastal Waterway. We have done it for the last few years now and it seems that it is become a tradition.
